We all know it. We all feel it. We're busyRushing through our days. In our heads anticipating or worrying about things that haven't even happened yet. Replaying past scenarios over and over sometimes to the point that it starts to effect our health. All the while, forgetting about the in between. The right now. Where we can feel present and calm. Where we can live a little lighter and more joyfully.


Yoga helps us find our way back to that. To the now. Calming our busy minds so we can find a sense of ease and a little more joy in the everyday.

HEY! I'M KATE

Let's breathe, move, heal and live lighter together!

Hi friends - so glad you're here! I help people breathe differently, move differently, think differently, feel differently and yet feel MORE like themselves than they have in years. Yoga (both on and off the mat) is the most accessible tool for every.single.body to lengthen + strengthen physically while calming the mind to ease the mental, emotional and physical stresses of everyday.

Yoga has been a part of my life for the past 15 years. Initially I loved it as a creative outlet for movement (former dancer over here). But when life got challenging (ie: major burnout, adrenal fatigue and auto-immune disease) I found myself turning to yoga more deeply. 

​

Movement, meditation, breath-work (all yoga) changed the course of my life. It helped me find a little peace when I was feeling totally out of control. A sense of presence that brought me back to life and helped me regain my physical and mental health. 

​

As a Certified Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor, my teachings are focused on the same. Helping my students re-connect with themselves so they can feel what it's like to feel amazing in their body + mind.

PRIVATE + SMALL GROUP CLASSES

I bring the class to you!

In these 75 minute classes I customize the practice to suit your needs, experience, and body so you come away feeling lengthened, strengthened and relaxed.

​

These are ideal for you if you have:

  • a busy schedule and can't make it to class regularly

  • want 1-on-1 attention to take your practice to the next level

  • have injuries/tightness you'd like to improve 

  • want a small group class with friends (great for bachelorette, birthdays etc)

​

300 RMB for 1 person 75 minutes

(50RMB pp up to a total of 5 people)

YOGA IN THE PARK

Summer of {Self} Love

Join us in Chaoyang Park for 90 minutes of Vinyasa Flow, breathwork + meditation to get you feeling strengthened, lengthened + lighter while giving back to a great cause.

This is a Donation Based class with all proceeds going to support Kurandza (more info on my partnerships with them below)

AN INVESTMENT IN YOUR WELLNESS IS AN INVESTMENT IN THEIRS

I've teamed up as a Giveback Partner with Kurandza, an incredible organization helping to educate girls in Mozambique. Their Holistic Education Program goes beyond the classroom to teach young girls about health and hygiene, entrepreneurship, empowerment and provide them access to the arts and sports (including yoga).

All my Yoga in the Park Classes are Donation Based with proceeds going to Kurandza.
